Mfr cites as 50 state legal, but being in Kommiefornia… I wanted to play it safe & took it off before smog inspection & never put it back in.
It’s totally awesome though. The tuning & monitoring flexibility is phenomenal. The pedal monster makes throttle feel like you removed the two-inch thick wet sponge living between your foot & the gas pedal.
