Hi fellas. I'm not that familiar with Bans work. What all does he do? From what Ive seen there is some shaping and sharpening envolved. Is it easy to maintain the edges he puts on your knives or do you have to send them back to him? BTW, everyones photos look great. Love your BA Scott, one of my all time favorites.

the edges Ban puts on are convex, and convex edges are probably the easiest thing in the whole world to maintain. I really mean that. It is easy, and super quick to maintain.

Clearly Ban has been blessed by the sharpening Gods... Honestly, I am a little surprise Jerry hasn't bribed, tricked or pressed him into moving to OH. Who wouldn't flip the extra coin for a factory Ban adder?? It could possibly be the best joining since chocolate & peanut butter.
