How about just pissed about being treated like shit by the owner of a company for asking a simple question after buying several pieces of his overpriced crap. If the jaggoff has no intentions of working on Saturday (and nobody is faulting him for that), then WTF is he doing answering emails for no other purposes than to say he’s not going to do anything about them? That’s just being a shitbag to the very people keeping him in business. I never bought anything from him, but seeing some of these experiences from his customers makes me want to smack him in the head myself. ‘Cos he needs it. Sassy my hairy ass - he’s just an asshole plain and simple.

is that called an attack though? I just dont see it as a big deal or an attack. maybe I'm just not sensitive or touchy though.....

Nobody would have to interpret whether it was an attack or not, or whether he was an asshole or not if he simply replied something like this;

“Thank for your email, we will be more than happy to help you when we open Monday as we are closed on the weekends. Thank you for your business and support.”

It doesn’t take much effort at all to reply this way

I agree, there’s a difference from being too touchy and not allowing someone to verbally bitch slap you. I let things go that aren’t a big deal but I stand up for myself and call out an asshole when someone is being an asshole, especially when I’m buying their products and supporting their business.

Well it’s a good thing I don’t buy knives on the basis of how good the owner of the company fluffs me in canned customer service replies.

guess im not touchy or sensitive. so be it.

he also said he got booted....but didn't explain what he said to get booted. just asking him to fill in these blanks. as I'm not seeing what he's saying. not seeing an attack on him for what he posted or why he got booted as he said?
 
There is way too little information here to determine that Mike was acting out of line.

From what I've seen, all he did was state that he can't do anything on Saturday.

If this is truly all there is, this is being blown way out of proportion.
 
I say before we all get worked up and grab the pitchforks and torches to storm Dr. Frankenstewart’s castle, we get more of the backstory.

I’ve been sitting here on my couch with a pitchfork for a couple hours now and am starting to feel a little silly.
 
Not entirely clear why people are so quick to give a proven dickhead the benefit of the doubt. It’s not like this guy doesn’t have a history of this kind of behavior… and much worse.

No need for straw men. In the context of this situation, all we have to go off of is an irate customer and a grumpy old man that says he doesn’t work on Saturday. OP hasn’t done much other than scream a bit and posted a few screenshots with little additional info.
 
😆 The number of fanboys on the FB pages talking shit are hilarious. And I can't respond because some spineless ****sucker on the BRB page reported me and I caught a 48 hr ban. Oh well.

Apparently there's a few here too that have his ball scent on their chin. Don't care. It's becoming PAINFULLY OBVIOUS that I'm not the only one that cant stand that mfr. I don't doubt BRK has a shaded history.

What is not clear is the full picture on this particular interaction.

DLT was contacted to purchase a sheath.

Mike Stewart was tagged into a FB post.

Stewart responded that if OP was to wait until Monday he could have sent a sheath to DLT to purchase. The response can certainly be read as condescending, but again, we don't see the whole string of responses.

The screenshots don't show the conversation in it's entirety, so we don't know the whole story.
