Thats very cool barking tools. Somewhere I have a Bilnäs spud whats been whanged up badly by somebidy chipping ice with it. Being unusual at least in US, I could not pass it up for the few dollars I paid.

Drivescrews are abundantly available, Both with tool slots or not.
But I dont remember seeing them like those OEM examples with points. They should need a predrilled hole.
Unless I were a jobclock driven manufacturer, I would not fuss with them. Even then, unless I desired to discourage disassembly, probably not.
