Barkies

Anyone use Daves Knife World for Barkies? They seem to have good prices.

It's a nice site, but I just got the Boone II in Amboina Burl for a LOT less (like $130 versus $180 - seriously). Now, what I got was a real discount price and not all vendors can meet that. Still, they need to come down about 10% overall on their BKRT. Nice selection, though, and good real life pictures of what you're getting.

I don't know if KnifeSupply is a stocking dealer or not. If you order on line, it might be a good idea to give them a call first.

Knife supply is really cheap, but their service is pretty horrible.

I use BladeMatrix.tv

Good shop, nice people, no hassles.

You pay a bit more, but they will at least tell you if something is out of stock before you having to call a week later to be told your order "just came in" then another email later saying that your order wont be in...

I've received great service from Knifesupply.

I like Derrick at knivesshipfree.com,usually has what his site says he has and it is a good selection

I have used kniveshipfree as well. I get my knives 2 days later! You can find them cheaper at other places but then you have to figure in shipping.

Since my bad experiance with qknives I am afraid to venture out and find a sale.

Dave West at Davesknifeworld will give you a lower price if you mail him quoting the knife, price and site where you found it cheaper. He's done this twice for me.

I vote for knivesshipfree as well.

I've purchased quite a few from Derrick and they're always exactly what he says and shipping is lightning fast.

he's in MI at the BRKT grind in right now, so he won't ship til he gets back next week.
