That would be a serious workhorse indeed. Time will tell. ;)

Reminds me of this ol' thing (made by Case)--it was my uncle's; he served in the US Navy during the Korean War. I think this was a survival blade. Cool design update, Boss Man!

That could be a great blade to use, it just does not seem like it should be called the Basic 13. I'm still calling hoax though.

Totally unexpected...I like it but...those who've drooled at the mock up B13 pic for so long may have wanted the more traditional look.....

If I said I wasn't hoping for an infi version of a 1311, I'd be lying.

Being from the bad side of the tracks...his mom was using throughout the pregnancy an obviously. ....there were some deformities :( ...... lol...I actually like it quite A LOT!!!!

So wait,, if its a right handed chisel grind only,, isn't that grind on the wrong side??

As a chopper/slasher it shouldn't matter. If you are right handed and trying to cut slices off something, then you want the chisel on the right side so the cuts pieces fall away. (IMO many chisel ground blades get this wrong). But if you are chopping a branch, or slashing some vegetation, then it seems to me that the grind side matters less, nor does it matter if you are right or left handed.
