Basket case of the Damascus...

That's incredible. The CF and Damascus really compliment each other.
I like that CRK keeps it simple with the designs (only around a half dozen different folding models), but still manages to put out so many unique and desirable versions.

Congrats! Basket Weave is one of my favorites. I'm so glad CRK started offering it again.

Having some fun today...

WOW, that is a nice combo. I had basketweave on a mnandi years ago and loved it. Can only imagine one on a full sized sebenza.

What's up Scott? Where ya been hiding. I'm the one who's normally scares' in these parts. I've been on a CRK as well as other folder kick the last few months. Just got a custom Emerson in yesterday.

I like to tinker with my Sebs and swap blades occasionally to see if it works. Again, in this case it did. I'm getting closer to my "grail" Sebenza every time. This combo is pretty sweet.

Knife36,
They sold out pretty quick, so im guessing not a huge amount. Plus I'm sure that the BW Damascus is pretty limited.

Just wondering does anyone know of a Damascus insingo blade? Nvm used the awesome search function this forum has

Has been invented yet. Been bugging Chris for years. No go. Not to say it won't happen

Wow! CRK basket weave that actually looks like basket weave! Very nice score.

So was the Damascus Sebbie in the OP recently sold, or am I just mixing up knives again?

Two more carbon fiber & basket weave damascus Sebenzas on the Exchange today. One of them is in danger of becoming the village bicycle. Is there something wrong with these builds?

Wow!! Disavow!! I have been watching one of these Beauties on E-PAY for a couple of weeks now.. I went to the website and checked them out, but of course they were sold out.. :( I just purchased one here on the Forum!! It also had an off center blade and was sent back to the Mother Ship!!

CRK Large 21 Basket-weave Damascus & Carbon Fiber Sebenza. This was a Knife Art exclusive addition, but has double silver lugs & backspacer, unlike the standard model. I doubt there are any others like it - correct me if I'm wrong!

I am the original owner. When first purchased, it was badly off center and immediately sent to CRK to fix. Now, it is the most perfect Sebenza I have ever owned. It has never cut (not even paper), never been in a pocket, and only handled and admired a very few times. Visually, I cannot find even the slightest defect. The only thing unusual is the detent is a little on the light side, but that's how I like a Sebenza anyway. Please inspect the photo's below and form your own opinion. Please note, the photo showing blade centering was taken at a slight angle; The blade is perfectly centered! It comes with everything it did when new. SOLD!!

For such a limited run there seems to be a lot of them for sale (ok three is not a lot) They sure are pretty, I think that's the problem they are so Beautiful you don't want to use them. Can't wait to get mine.. :)

And a shout out to onespdfrk
Thank You Sir!!

One is on its second tour that's for sure, and the one on e-pay sold yesterday. I have heard that they made less than a dozen of these knives (8) is the number bandied around. They probably are not suited for a BBQ but nice never the less. Hey afterall they have a great warranty from CRK. :)

the village bicycle!! LMA!! YOUR KILLING ME DAVE!! :)
