- Steel: INFI or SR101
- Finish: satin, coated, BIG satin, BIG DC, CF, DC

I'm sorry, I forgot about the other finishes; I think I added all of them to the list above.

It's funny, when I first got interested in Busse knives in 2001-02, there were not many choices when it came to grips & finishes. The original Ergo series was designated Combat Grade (CG), and your choices were black canvas micarta and black crinkle finish - that's it! It was the same for the Satin Jack, Mr. Mojo and Paul's Hatchet, except they also had LE models which were satin finished with black paper micarta. Occasionally CG models would have tan canvas or black paper micarta, or even more unusual linen micarta. Choices were limited!

I'd love to see a satin or BIG satin finish on SR101. That stuff patinas beautifully, and a great big knife like the MOAB would look AWESOME with a dirty use patina on it.

If these were all options I'd want a infi with comp finish and hand shaped black canvas as well as a BG with green canvas, finish in the BG wouldn't matter much because I'd strip it an blue it anyway.
 
How about some tiger hide micarta with a camo finish blade - I really like this knife! :cool:

A BG MOAB sure would help me feel better! ;):D
