You be the judge on which is better to you. They both perform similarly with a noticeable advantage of impact toughness going to INFI while price advantage goes to SR-101. Well, that and corrosion resistance, here are some real users after use before any cleanup or special treatment while still outside in the field for longer than a day in the Rocky Mountains where it is not excessively humid.

1311 SR-101 has plenty of surface rust that does not actually eat into the steel in a noticeable manner.

Basic 11 INFI, no rust, just some sap on the asymetric edge with a few dings.

I will admit that the rust on the edge of my rat comes right off with no issue which is nice. But I do not let rust settle because rust never sleeps
