The Texican Pappy Bowie ~
I like the BP blade shape right up to that guard .... and then I threw up a little in my mouth, one of those juicy burp kind of things, ~ Kind of rules me out as a fanboi I know...![]()
LOL! ... No it's not that bad but come on, I'm just being honest and saying what I know damn well I'm not alone. I don't even mind the handle, actually looks comfy and certainly quite unique- Gotta tell you, the first time I saw one I thought "naw man, that can't be real" until doing my studies and learning that oh no, it's real- How many Busse have a separate guard? .... I'm not a hidden tang fan but I'll take that, kind of cool! and the blade, awesome! .... bottom line, my piglet brain can't get wrapped around that triple thick "Ritz" cracker that's been nibbled on all around the edges LOL! ~ ... I do wonder, what's the material? It looks like aluminum, or molded plastic? .... I'm sorry, I will go back to my corner and study moreLol it’s not beautiful by any means but it doesn’t look that bad L63 haha. That’s why we need it to be an LE bc LE are supposed to look AND work nice!![]()
Speaking personally, I think my first choice would be a Moran style.Even a simple Rio Grande Bowie handle would work.![]()
