I just opened the package with my new blue Lum Chinese folder. I ordered it in August and got it today. Roger is great to deal with especially when waiting for a knife to ship from the manufacturer.

I've dealt with Rodger on several occasions and have never had a bad experience. He tends to set the bar for customer service.
