Am I the only one that got the BCCI news letter today?

Check is in the mail! :D

The pony express rode by my house too, but I will make a deal with all you 112'ers, I WON't order one if you will watch for a white handled 315 yachtsman for me.......:p

Silly me:mad:.

I neglected to renew until just this last week...tried to get on the BCCI website and couldn't, ask J. Foresman WTH and was embarassed at the response.

Hope I get my order blank in time:o. Preston

Hey Pack Rat - what was the price???

Price is 120 shipped

Is a pic, (b&w) looks just like the 110

Interesting that there are only 175 of these. Delivery in August

Does that mean it does not look like a 442??? :grumpy: Rather it has the same straight spine and upswept tip of the BCCI drop-point 110???

Interesting that there are only 175 of these.

Maybe Larry could only sell 175 of the 110's??? (That doesn't jibe with my Angry Emails mailbox)...

OK, under good light and a magnifying glass. The blade in the pic in the news letter says 442T. Thats all I know about it.

...same knife...

but now i think i need to get hold of J F....
and see if i am in same boat !!
how get hold? email me number would you .???...

hi darryl im not a real big fan of the 112 but this one of yours looks good and a nice pic all of mine are brass bolsters and i hate that the scales on yours look kind of dark are they just the regular wood or something special ?

...The scales are some kind of black tight grained wood I got from a son-in-law...Beats me what it is but it's hard as steel and about as dark as you can imagine...Couldn't work on it with a knife at all...had to use drills and sanding media...It would look great with stag scales though...

BCCI doesn't send out automatic nags to renew??? I suppose that means I'm out, too...

Edit: I was able to get in to the club site, and looked up my profile...but there was no join date, so I have no idea when it expires...

You'd think someone would want my money... :)

it looks good as it is but with the nickel silver anything would look good i am on a kick now i like the buffalo but all i can find is the polished and i prefer the rough strangely enough with the stag i prefer the smoother polished look:confused: go figure;)
on the bcci membership note when i joined i went for the lifetime and am glad i did now i dont worry about missing anything and after only two years in the club i have already gotten pretty good value so to anyone just joining i would highly recomend the lifetime membership as it will quickly pay for itself many times over

When I asked WTH, Jack told me that he e-mailed notice in January...but with my CRS, CSS, CHS problems I missed it or forgot it or whatever the other is:D :p :D. His contact is jforesman at swfla dot rr dot com. Good Luck to all us OF. Preston
