Bcci - 112

But, IIRC, some were not happy with the stag on the 110 units they actually received...

One person was not happy with the blade... :(

The newsletter pic shows a 442 blade...my feeling is that the S30V can't be punched out like the 420 can; so if the same "engineer" (I use the term loosely) who did the BCCI 110 blade does the 112 blade, I'm sure that one person would be unhappy with the 112 as well... :barf:

...Yep...And IIRC only one thought his Stag was the pits...:( ...and I'm sure he'd probably be frosted again if the 112 came along the same way his 110 BCCI knife came... :barf: ...as I see it there's not enough length on the 112 blade to mess it up too much and I'm gonna hope that "engineer" is gonna be on vacation during it's development...We shall see...

Regardless of my personal opinion regarding the aesthetics, these are one of a kind variations that I have to have. :D I have to agree with Darryl that the 112 will most likely be a better match with the anticipated blade geometry. We shall see!

I dunno...I had a 112 all ready to re-blade, but was putting it off...sent the nice 442 blade from it to another hacker...and got a 442[updide-downT] from eBay, which has a slightly different blade profile...more of a fuller curve to the edge...I don't like it as much as the Idaho 442 profile...

I hope you guys post pics of your 112 BCCI knives...I'd like to see one... :)

I've tried to narrow my Buck collection, but I just had to have 1 of these 112's. I'm sure I can find room in 1 of my displays:D , either with its 110 brother or with that Ram horn 112.
