Can anyone fill me in on Bear Mountain Tomahawks? I placed a credit card order with them over 6 weeks ago and now I can't get any response from them.

I have left several phone messages and e-mailed several times. I have received NO RESPONSE. I just want my hawk.

Just received an e-mail from Suzanne. Seems there was a medical emergency.
She is going to let me know the status of my order later today.

Still waiting. Not patient any longer. No replies to my many recent emails and phone messages. No excuse at this point will do. Clearly not the way to earn the respect and trust of your customers, past, present or future.
