WOW, that blade profile and grind is nothing short of spectacular.:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Is the top clip/notch sharpened? What are the dimensions?

And while I'm asking questions, which one of you have the most Holders? ;):)

Kevin, there are several D'Holder collectors that have "quite a few", ie, in the many dozens. But I am rather certain that my buddy Del beats out everyone when it comes to size of collection - something I would lay odds on.

Here's one I commissioned several years ago celebrating the Native American Buffalo Hunter. Engraved by Bruce Shaw.

Here is another of D's beauties, an upsized Big Dog model. The handle is stacked with cross-cut charcoal spalted alder, black palm and fossil stellar sea cow rib. Dimensions are 7" blade of ATS-34 (1/4" bladestock), 1 5/8" bladewidth and overall length of 12".

Del should put up another one of his super images, considering he has such an extensive collection - Come on, Del!

Here's the Plains Man from the 3 Knives set.

10" overall with a 5 1/8" blade.
Musk Ox, Fossilized Stellar Sea Cow and Brown German Amber.

WOW...I love that Plains Man.

Thanks for showing it....and it would be a pleasure to see any others you care to post.

On a different note, someone indicated they liked D's hunters, so here is an example of his use of picasso marble. About 8 1/4" overall, 4" blade.

I really like these knives we've been seeing! :D:D I Think I would love to put an upsized big dog to work!---Joe
