Those are the TKC extended 14/24 g10 scales. They are very nice.

I carry a BK-14 and an ALOX Vic Electrician in a pocket sheath, every day of my life.
Also have a Minichamp on my keychain, but it's mostly for scissors and other various little tools like the Philips, etc.

sak makes a nice companion with the bk40. Gives you that slice-bility that you dont have with the bk40. Perfect pair when youre not strapping a fixed blade to you.

Its not even the one that i had bought, just the one the seller had shipped. Its nice enough but i still wanted to leave a review about it but auction site wouldnt let me. Said something like i couldnt leave a review 5 days after the transaction. Took over 5 days to get it. Not sure how you are suppose to leave reviews before receiving something.

I received a victorinox folding paring knife today I can see it riding with my BK 9 or BK10 as a food knife
