Becker Binge

To be frankly honest I have been toying with the idea of getting a bow for quite some time I just have to put a bit more concerted effort into researching what would be the right one for me. And as you very eloquently put it, its that primal feeling that allures me the most plus it also gives the critter(s) more of a sporting chance whilst hunting it/them.
Another big reason is also because it is an absolute nightmare to get a firearms license here in Aus too. Our Government sure as s#!t don't want you to be armed. As far as I'm aware though you don't need a license for a bow. I think. Gas, you wanna chime in here mate? Do you need to be licensed for a bow over here?

I'm in NSW, you have to be a member of a hunting club to get a licence to bowhunt. You don't need a licence to own a bow, but you probably won't be able to legally shoot anywhere. NSW offers Mostly deer, goat, rabbit and pig. I'm a member of Nepean hunters. Unless of course your on your own acreage and its your private property. (Not a suburban backyard though). Then your fine.

Im also a member of a local archery club., this is not neccesary to be licenced, you do need an annual membership though, but I do it for target practice and if I need to sight my bow in ect.. We also do 3D shooting. Sort of like golf but shooting 3D rubber animals set up in the bush.

I shoot a bear legion compound bow, carbon fibre arrows with a nice led 5 pin sight, with a 60 pound draw. Great fun even if you only target shoot.

I have an old PSE thunderbolt single cam 65#. I'd love to get my hands on about a 50# recurve takedown but like most things, there's always something else blocking taking up a new hobby...

Between January 2014 and January 2015...

BK2, 9, 16, 10, 7, 5, 15, 13, 11, 4, 5, 15, 4, and 14. And let's not even get into the ESEEs or the Shaerks.

January of 2015 - over three weeks I purchased a BK22, BK15 and BK9. Tend to buy knives in sets of 3 from different makers - not sure why but 3 seems like the right number to me.

Got drunk today. Bought a ZK Tanto, ZK War Sword another 9 and another 2. Almost bought a Kabar Full Size FU Foliage Green Kraton as well but I was too hammered and forgot to add it to the cart. Damn it. I have a headache now and my wallet seems to have gone missing..

Haha! Those ZK's are great. I have the OG versions and I'm sure the US made are improved.
If your wife is anything like mine, I suspect she matches my purchases in clothes and shoes. I'd check with her...

Her hobby is plants and gardening so to match the purchases I make she'd need to buy like 40kg of seeds, coupla hundred terracotta pots and a truckload of mulch. No. When I get knives all she asks is that I get her one as well. The Tanto and the 2 I just bought are for me. She wants the War Sword and the 9.

And yeah, I agree with Cooper. Show us this Safe Queen. I bet she's real puuurdy..

You know what they say "one is none and two is one".

Always good to have a spare/backup.

It must be the pilot in me. Come to think if it, I fly a multi-engine airplane. Do you see a pattern here?
