Becker BK16 TWEENER

16 is the tweener I want. Asked my wife for one for my birthday, since they should be out around then. I bet one of those would look great stonewashed and convexed.

Under the paint on mine, it looks stonewashed. Seriously..

Now Flexxxy, I certainly don't want to dissuade you from getting a BK16 - that's a sweet piece, and you won't feel bad beating on it. Get one for sure.

But look, there's really no reason to pay Bark River prices. Mountain knife v1 is up in the gallery. ;-)
Notice delivered.

Oh, very very nice bro....PM sent

m00se has a secret bunker with hundreds of these. KaBar doesn't know where a pallet of raw steel went, or why the machines were still warm on a cold Monday morning...

Damn.

Now the secrets out. Better go back into hiding, for the authorities will surely want my BKT steel. :D

I'm in the same boat, Flexxx. I've been looking for a new bushcraft knife for a couple weeks now, and I've really been going crazy. Now that the Tweeners have popped back into the picture, I think I'm going with the 16 for my bushcraft knife. Don't know what I'll be using that 17 for, but I need it too.

Damn-it moose now I got another woody, you sure know how to tease a guy.........;)

well, they were pretty sure about that ...

but they couldn't figure out where all that damasteel slated for the special Machaxesn went too :)

mmm, can you imagine a Machax in Damasteel? oh yeah!

This is cruel for multiple reasons. I love it :)

Still a lot of meat in that skeletonized tang.... kinda surprised that it wasn't a bit leaner under there. This is a GOOD thing.

I love the look of the scales so much, as well as the coating. The first thing I'm going to do is NOTHING.

None.

Mine is an early production run. Roll stamped. Now stripped. The one featured with the inert deer carcass, is one of Ethans. The deer was killed and dressed by Wallace Fennell.

I hunted deer with Mr. Fennell and Will years ago at their place. A friend of mine went to college with Will. Small world.

Thanks for the pics!

I think you will find one in the SHOTShow thread. I have a short list of knives I want and the 16 is on the top.

I haven't had the pleasure, but I'm hoping to.
