Becker fall gathering in Tn dates?

I'll see you there AIG. Depending on how late it is, might still be up too.
 
Well depending on when daughter has granddaughter number 3 I may be able to make both gatherings!
 
Derek tried to talk me into going but I'm worried things will get ugly if he gets that t-shirt canon working. He also does this thing where he gets paint that's the same color as his pants and, well, I can't really mention it here but it's pretty disturbing and yet brilliant at the same time.

If you're passing through/near K-town, you can crash in our doghouse if you want (our dogs are very mellow and do not have fleas), and I'll pony up gas money if you drag me along the rest of the way (it's not far, and it's a beautiful drive). Hell, I might even be able to convince Miss Angie to let you sleep in the spare bedroom... just a thought
 
Is this shindig open to all beckerheads, or does one need to know the handshake and secret sign? I have some PTO I may be taking around that time...
 
It's not really what you would call a "hand"shake, but of course you'd be welcomed like an old friend.

Only restriction on Beckerheads involves numbers. Ethan's campsite and culinary offerings can only handle so many folks. I imagine there will be an RSVP thread though.

I was wondering about that. didn't know if this was gonna turn into the RSVP thread or not. At any rate. I'll be there with goodies!

well the boss was telling me that i DESERVE to take some time off, i have been covering alot of shifts and helping cover for alot of personal stuff on his part.
was talking to the wife about it yesterday and she says she is going to find away to make the $$ work (she is an accountant). SO barring unforeseen circumstances, it looks like it will be happening this year. And I am ecstatic! Now i think i need to buy a tent....
 
if you seriously think you'll be there and the cost of a tent is going to prevent it, I'm sure one of us can find a tent or hammock to loan you for the weekend.
 
I would try to make it but live way to far away and would probably get lost 20 plus times just to get out of town.!**

hehe i dont think it will the tent that makes or breaks the trip. Its the wifes multiple hospital bills we paying off, making sure we can set aside enough to go. But its looking pretty good at this point unless something unexpected comes up between then and now.

but i certainly appreciate the offer. and worst case scenario i got a sleeping bag so i could just cuddle with Derek ;)

I'll gladly bring an extra cot to keep that from happening. Besides, you don't want to make Erik angry. I've seen him eat a hubcap before.

i'll prolly have a lil 2 man tent by then anyways so its all good. but glad to know there are options if things dont work out that way

now, pretty sure its in tennessee somewhere, but where is it again exactly? lol
