For the last few weeks I've been carrying this setup daily, and now it's won a permanent place in my edc. I carry it mainly in a cargo pocket, but occasionally it makes it's way into my back pocket. It fits just fine in my front pockets, but they are reserved for other items.
I wanted to put it to use for a while before I gave any credit, good or bad, but I can't say a single negative thing about it.
Thanks a ton Psyop!!! This is a great setup.

That's the holy trinity right there. Never leave the house without those three. Great setup.

I have an 18" light box. The lights that came with it were a joke, however. I have two of those 500 watt halogen work lights for mine. Works pretty good. Can't use it for bigger items, but for the small ones, it works out great. My camera has a smallish lens, which means it doesn't have great light gathering capabilities, so, I use the GIMP program for post processing. I use it for different effects. I used to do reviews for earphones, mp3 players, etc. I know I've posted these before:

Natural lighting, of course, is the best. These were taken in my room, with light coming through the window:

Glad its working out for you! I have misplaced my microstream after I lost the clip off it. Maybe I need to make something like that for me :)

I highly reccomend it bro. If I'm just running out for a quick trip ill just grab this setup and my wallet sometimes. It's crazy handy!!

Yes it is i think. he has a bic remora and microstream... im saying i need a setup like that for a bic, fenix e11 and a candiru... not a bic remora and microstream

Hey ww, a cheap way to get good lighting is grab some of those ~10" metal clamp lights and put a 100w equivalent flourescent daylight bulb in them. I have had pretty good results with two of those, and like Warrior, the ones that came with my light tents were garbage.

I woke up because of a cramp in my calf.... it hurt like crazy lmao i haven't had a Charlie horse in years but this one was crucial!!! I skipped exercising this morning.. well i skipped working out my legs anyway. still did a little pressing and curls but i wasn't very dedicated with it.

It was crazy really i thought my leg muscle was ripping thru the skin and somehow i managed to roll over on top the wife while balling up into the fetal position and rubbing my calf... it wasn't her preferred waking method either lmao

i have never used them for pics but i have some expensive lights and light fixtures like HPS and T5s..small single bulb fixtures up to 4 feet multi bulb full spectrum fixtures, not sure how they would be for pictures but i imagine pretty good as they are super bright. I also have several metal clamp lights with nice CFLs.. ...... my main issue is i need to set them up in a box or tent. its hard to keep the picture contained to what i want in the shot and have the light right at the same time.

In the picture below i wanted the shadow of the blade and i also wanted the top of the cigar.. but i could not get both in the picture without losing the shadow, showing the end of the table, the floor, part of my walls or something...
