4.5 mile run yesterday. 48.5 BP on the month. About to rain here, so maybe I'll clear the 50 tomorrow.

3.1 mile run this a.m.
51.6 BP for March.

I've run 108 miles this year and am about 20% of the way to my 500 mile goal. Hopefully, I can stay injury free and up my monthly mileage. If I can just do 50 a month though, I'll hit my mark.

Great job getting your 50 for the month. Keep up the hard work.

15+ mile run this evening. I've reached a goal I've had for a while, 100km ran in one week. I finished this week with 101.96km.

Congrats on hitting a PR (personal record)/personal goal, rok! 100km in one week is incredible; I was happy to jog three times on the treadmill last week :-D

That's a wrap on March for me.
 
Mid-day hike at a semi-local nature preserve was cancelled due to a carsick child. So I just got a 2 mile walk in tonight.
41BP TTD.

Finished off the month with a 15 mile run. 15+184=199 BP Through out the month I've been dropping any decimal points to make the math easy.

There's my official report for March:


204.21 miles ran in March. This was the first time I had a month's total over (or anywhere near) 200 miles. I'm pretty happy with my last month of running. Now I'm going shorten up my runs for a week or so and let my body and legs rest.
 
I was trying to hit 50 for this month, but not going to make it.. I got in 2 walks yesterday for 3 1/2 miles total and step boxes today for a total of 3.7 ... 39.4 for the month

Yesterday did 2.5 mile walk and 5 mile bike, this morning was .2 of step boxes... 35.7 ttd
 
I forgot to post these with my post so here are some photos that I took during my last March run.

This first picture is a close up of the sakura, or cherry, blossoms that Japan is famous for.


The second and third pictures are looking left and right up the same street.




This picture is another street that is lined with sakura trees.


And yet another tree lined with sakura trees.


All these streets are in the same neighborhood. Most neighborhoods have at least one street that is lined with sakura trees. They blossom for about a week each year. It's one of my favorite times of the year in Japan. I run on these street often through out the year, but while the trees are blossoming, they are a totally different place.
 
Pointless, but here it is: swam 1500m today, for 5.95+13.5=19.45. Love those photos, rokclmb. Just gorgeous. Here, I wait for the lilacs to be in bloom...everywhere smells great.
 
Well doggone it; for the second month in a row, I didn't hit the 50 mark. I came close, though, and I've a feeling April's going to be better.

I walked and jogged 4.7 miles on Monday the 31st.

Total March BPs: 45.15
