Back! Working 50 hours in a week sure can put a hurting on exercising. That being said, I've been able to do a bit of movin' about.

3/18 - 1 mile
3/19 - 1 mile
3/20 - 1 mile
3/21 - 1 mile
3/22 - 0.5 mile
3/24 - 3.75 miles

Current total BPs: 33.4

This morning, I did 2.2 miles on the treadmill and another mile on the elliptical. 36.2 miles for the month.

On the 22nd (Saturday), I did 4.8 miles around the IUPUI campus and along the river in Indy. 41 BP for the month.

Balls up! Punched 3 miles with snow coming down. 44 BP on the month.

...16+122=138 BP for March

Didn't get around to logging last night's run. 15 miles on the streets. After running two long runs, 16 miles over 3:45 and 3:22, on the trails over the last few days, last night's 15 miles on the road flew past in 2:09. Running on trail that involve large hills, or small mountains as they appear while running, is a lot tougher than running on the road.

15+138=153BP for March

Late to the party, didn't know swimming was included. Did 1600m today; need to look back through the month and add the rest of it up....been going to the pool 2-5 days a week swimming 1500-2000m each day....
So, 6 BP for today, at any rate...maybe I'll just wait for April's challenge to start

My folks were in town this weekend and I had an event each evening. I think my Mom got in about 6 little walks, but I got zilch.
To make up for it, I walked 3 miles in 46 minutes tonight.

TTD = 31 BPs.
If I keep that up, I think I can just hit 50 at the end of the month. So there's a goal.

Keep missin' it. Spent too much time grinding out my BK151 Mod.

Got out tonight, though - power-walked 1/2 mile, ran 1 mile, briskly walked the 1/2 back.
33 BP's TTD.

I'm not a beckerhead but I thought I'd post for fun anyway. Today I did 25 miles on the exercise bike (1050 calories) 5 sets of 10 reps chin-ups. 4 sets 10 reps of up right rows with 35lb dumb bells. 100 sit ups and 30 leg lifts. If I stay on track I'll loose 10 pounds by May 1st.
I've been doing 1000+ calories on the bike for about 10 days now along with my regular weight lifting, feels great. I try and take the wife and kids on a mile walk in the evenings too.
We should remember how important diet is too though. Health is 20% gym and 80% kitchen.

4.5 mile run yesterday. 48.5 BP on the month. About to rain here, so maybe I'll clear the 50 tomorrow.

16+ miler this evening. Another great, quick feeling run. Today I included a monster hill and still had a great time and average pace.

16+153=169 BP for March (I may quit now 169 is my Beckerhead number)

Playing catch-up today.
4.87 mile bike ride so far to drop the girls off at school.

2 miles jog and 1 mile walk this AM = 3BP.

3.07 mile ride to pick the girls up. (I took an extended detour in the morning.) 4.87 + 3.07 = 7.94. Most of my walks and rides I round down to nearest 1/2. I'm going to round up and call it 2 BP. Maybe I'll even go a little extra when I walk the dogs tonight.

Dog walk was 1.20 miles.
So, 2BP walk, 2BP run and 2BP ride = 6 BP for the day. 33 + 6 =
39BP TTD.

Did 2000m in the pool yesterday = 7.5 BP + 6 = 13.5. Doubt I'll go through my workouts from the rest of March. Just keeping myself active for April.
