1600m swim last night. I think I lost my mojo.
36.5 + 6 = 42.5 BP ttd.
21+ mile bike ride. back feelin' pretty OK. might actually do the charity ride in two weeks. 10.5 + 42.5 = 53 BP TTD.
11 mile run today.
11+103=114BP for May.
Today's run brought my total for 2014 to 1000km. For those who don't speak km, that's 621 miles. I'm right on track for my goal of 2500km for the year.
My first thought upon reading this was: "HOLY SH!+ !!! That is a long (*)-ing way on foot, at speed." Then I thought "I'd have gotten five miles into that and keeled." I'd settle for just being able to run. Must be the embodiment of freedom to go run for an hour. Ahhh, well.

Dude. Seriously. Impressive.

I don't know how many miles I walked at the beach and Boardwalk this weekend. But I got a solid two in last night, and another two tonight.
35 BPs so far this month.

Saturday got a 3.9 mile walk/hike in
This morning got 1.9 mile walk and and 2.6 mile on bike.

57.8 ttd

Wed night I got a 2.9 mile walk in..
took yesterday off
2 mile walk and 5.1 mile bike this morning..

51.4 ttd

3 mile run Saturday.
4.5 mile run Sunday.

39.5 BP for May.

3.5 mile run. 43 BP for May. My 10K training plan will bump me just over 50 by end of month. Thought I was going to have to go hiking there for a second.
June training plan should put me well beyond 50.

If any of y'all are interested in supporting one of your fellow Beckerheads and getting a tax write-off, too, here's how:

After 8 months of no riding, I finally got back on my bike and signed up to do this charity ride I do with my brother every year. Last year we went for the 100km (62 miles) ride, this year since back surgery and all, I've decided I will do the 50km. Breaks my heart just a little, as we've done this together for the last ten years and have had some epic rides (2nd year: 82 miles and all kinds of rain, 43°. EPIC!) but this year I won't be riding with him as he is doing a different route than I. At least I can still ride. We do this as a birthday gift for my mom every year....and this year was her 80th (just a couple weeks ago).

I have this thread to thank (in no small way) for helping me to get a little motivated to do this. Hopefully be able to start putting some regular miles on my wheels this summer.

That is a great cause Mike, my mother got juvenile diabetes at 40. She had to take 4 shots a day.. 4 shots and 4 finger pokes to get blood for the meter every day... it sucked to watch her flinch every time. I am trying to make sure it doesn't happen to me too. I wish I could pitch in more.. Good luck, man. I hope you hit your goal!

I hope it is OK that I thank you (semi) publicly for your gift. That was pretty awesome to see that in my mailbox (just now, as all of it was going into the "Promotions" tab, where I don't look).
My mom got diabetes around the same age as your mom....so she's doing pretty well managing it for the last 40 years. Better not to have it or develop it though. Which is why this very thread is so very important to a Beckerhead's lifelong well-being.
Thank you again. Now all I gotta do is find some more ride time!

You're welcome, Sir. Very honorable goal, good on you and your brother for doing it for your mom.

1.7 miles on heavy hills treadmill, 4.2 mile on bike on fat burn, and .5 mile on intervals to finish.. 3.2 + 58 = 61.2 ttd

.2 of step boxes this morning. 58 ttd

Got in 2.4 miles walking last night.

26.3 BPs for May

Caught a head cold that shut me down for the better part of two weeks from any sustained movement. Took the youngest son and the dog to the park this morning. Dog probably ran 10 miles. I got in 2.5 miles.

26.3 + 2.5 = 28.8 BPs for May.

Hoping for more in June.
