Becker pocket knife would be neat.

Did anyone say Phat Bob yet? Dozier folders? Zombie folders?

I think part of the problem, is that a BK folder is a tough compromise of features. You could easily end up with something heavier, more complicated and less reliable than a BK 11/14 - and no easier to carry / conceal. Not to mention more expensive.

I have some SAK and multitools - honestly, all are jack of all / master of none.

I think the first thing you would have to sacrifice for a Becker folder that had the same user profile as the Becker FBs would be ease in carry/conceal.

IMO a folding bk3 lockback would be amazing. Kinda like a blackhawk hawkhook but bigger, stronger, better, and made in America.

Now that would be a pocket full of knife. Probably best not to fall in the river with that thing on. :D

We already have a multi-tool, it is called the BK3000. Here is a pic.

I had one in my cart and was about to pull the trigger.

Then I realized... no bottle opener.

You are right of course. That is far too obvious an oversight. I will have the designer beaten for his forgetfulness.

seriously though, why would you need a bk folder when there are spyderco's?? :D

I'm USA all the way, however I have knives made in japan and taiwan, that put some (keep your hat on) U.S.A. blades to shame.... both in fit, finish, and performance..

I guess most of it stems from quality control from the U.S. manufacturer....., and most importantly who they farm their work out to overseas..

Made in USA is fine to have on a blade, ya'll know how I feel about that, but it has to be quality. I wouldn't buy a POS because it was just MADE IN USA. I want quality American products, for a reasonable price.

I don't think that's asking too much.

Oh, and both my current rotates are USA made, one in Golden Colorado, the other, Tualatin, Oregon. I think .

Amen.I have no problem supporting Chinese manufacturers, if their quality is good. That being said, if I have the choice between anything foreign and American made, I will spend the extra $10 or whatever to buy American.
