It's funny because I've done quite a few 11's the exact same way in regards to the handle extension......and I never saw this thread before.

I guess there's a lot more like minded micarta mod addicts out there than you think.

Those handles look sick, great work! The blue liners are gorgeous, they really pop, & they compliment the scales and stripped blades perfectly, IMO. Just a great color combo! I'm not quite ambitious enough to try this yet, but I'm thinking I may Rit dye my micarta scales grey, and then add blue liners! Thanks for the idea!
