I have an etched 5, and the hen has a roll stamped. I got mine way before she got hers. I'm thinking the etched are gone, and are now rare. [emoji3][emoji106]

It was stated to me at Blade that they are being discontinued to make room in the line. So, yeah, I'd expect to see more than the RBK in the future. How near that "future" may be...who knows. The 39 was a surprise for everyone, although not a new design.

That sounds promising. It's just hard to think of what designs could be utilized that hasn't been covered already. But then, I'm not a knife designer. Whelp, I guess we're just going to have to wait and see. Ahhh the waiting game sucks. Let's play Hungry Hungry Hippos!

I have been looking for a BK 12. I take it the RBK is that being re-released? Is it available to order to the public?
 
If the brute came back we would all buy it even though we no the bk9 bk4 and RBK chop better. Still the brute is old news I'm looking forward to new Ethan Becker original designs. Not collaborations.
 
i sort of like the brute, but let's face it, calling it the #1, when at least 3 more existed prior to that was a bit of a lark

now, what i like more than a kukri is a parang

What was the order of release?

My guess is Campanion followed by DivTul followed by MachAx followed by Magnum Camp THEN finally the Brute.

Although, the JAB Parangatang is pretty close to what you're looking for (1095 cro-van, US made, just different handles).
