Becker Rumors...?

What was the order of release?

My guess is Campanion followed by DivTul followed by MachAx followed by Magnum Camp THEN finally the Brute.

I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure it was machax, campanion, divtul when just ethan was making them. Then when blackjack happened they added the brute, magnum camp, and reinheart kukri to the line up. When camillus started making them they all got numbered BK1, BK2, BK3 etc etc. For some reason the brute was number 1.

Naturally...

Although, the JAB Parangatang is pretty close to what you're looking for (1095 cro-van, US made, just different handles).

i have it, and i use it often, but it's not a WSK - i love those stupid. except the TOP's version.

since so few have the actual catalogs

Perhaps we could revisit adding.....

this to the Becker line

or the real prototype that for some reason KA-BAR thinks would cost too much..
I have another pair of spare grips, and some stainless liner left from the last folder I made...I am so making a big becker handled lockback when i have some spare time (haha)

I have that catalog.
I am older then I look and feel.
I still would like a Tweener 4, think TOPs DART or Buck Reaper. With the good old Ethan style and KaBars 1095 CV.

I'd like to see something like a BK2\4ish Ka-Bar combat kuk type...
A 1/4" short kuk but slim, or a short 1/4" brute... I dunno...something like that.

That's awesome 👍🏼

JD built a few of them, and they turned out pretty good for his (at the time) limited grinding capability. But the design is a bit flawed in that the tang should have been skeletonized, and should have been a bit more ergonomicc, and the scales were a little thicker than I envisioned, but, the knife works. It's fun to play with for sure.
