Becker Swords in the making?

the 300 were more Kopis imho - so if you've seen that, you're all set. cold steel actually makes some of this junk :> they're just "fun machetes" imho, i should get one someday... check out their shapes.

falcata is more nordic in origins, yeah? the romans were not particularly happy with those. even with armor, they made a mark.

i don't think you can make anything other than basically KLOs from stock that's "too thin". some of the more Khukri Like Objects are just "fun machetes"; not enough spine or forward weight, unless the design is massively adapted (leafier shapes); Toooj's large khukri is a good example of lots of shaping and forward weight. the original cold steel khukris had THICK stock, and convexing. good! the stamped stuff later. well. machetes.

oddly, parangs, work really well thin. perhaps not oddly. they're designed that way. so are some swords?

spears - SOMEONE needs to crank out a thingy whereby you take off the Becker handles, and allows you to bolt on this adapter (two plates), attached to a spear haft holder or such... for survival ;) course, one could also make a bayonet adapter the same way, and a variety of ready to go death machines (rotory chopper with six blades - Becker Zombie Mower) or ... this idea is patented, copyrighted, trademarked, and protected by law and blade by the way, but i'll be willing to discuss usage rights ;D
