Beckerhead at Bass Pro

Haha yea I see guys all the time that look lost at my store. It's funny I'll ask them if they need help and they just go into the fetal position and cry! Or a lot of the time they are hiding from there wives. You know a store is big when you have to call your wife on her cell phone and say hey babe I'm over by the rifle scopes lol

BassPro and Cabela's are selling the 'experience'. Don't think of them as shopping destinations. My local Wal-Mart is a shopping destination. Visiting a BassPro or Cabela's is supposed to be akin to visiting a Gothic cathedral in Europe. They are designed to fill you with awe as you walk through the door. Overwhelm your senses. Make you feel blessed for just being there.

Just don't look at the price tags...

Actually, everything in the states and even Canada is much cheaper than stuff here. Eg.

BK-2 in the USA = around $65

BK-2 in Australia = local surplas shop was selling it for $18! Others sell it for around 100-120
