Thanks! Definitely going to try that marinade this weekend.Thanks! Smashed/minced garlic, soy sauce, black pepper, KC Masterpiece honey teriyaki sauce, sprinkle of Montreal steak seasoning, and a squeeze of lime all mixed together. I like to marinate for 2 hours before grilling.

So, a couple of weeks ago I stumbled upon a slightly different breakfast sandwich recipe by accident, and it really made an impression on me. Simple, but tasty.
I wasn't able to fully recreate it today, however I got most of the details right and it ended up being just what I was after. Here are the ingredients below:
Bun (ciabatta, here I used sourdough)
Ham - sliced thin
Provolone - one slice
Red Onion - sliced into thin rings
Egg White - no yolks
Butter
Salt and Pepper
I have no idea why, or how, that this particular combination does it for me, but omg this is absolutely delicious. Give it a try!
