Beckerhead Patch Proto

Thanks to all, especially DB, its his work not mine. This will be the only rendering that ya'll will see until the final version is verified by Ethan. I just wanted to see what you guys thought about the "look".

I like the design. I think I would like it more if it said Becker Knife & Tool somewhere (like bellow the number), although I get the feeling it might have been omitted purposely for legal reasons that I would fail to understand.

DING!!!! We have a winner!!!

You guessed it, we cannot, nor will we ever have an official Becker/Kabar logo, but we will have a fully licensed, official BECKERHEAD logo.

I like the version in post 1 as it is.
the becker "head" t-shirt is a cool idea, too.
 
Any news on this? Ask the Shotgunners for help in processing? Eh?

I talked to Ethan about it Saturday. No movement yet, and since he and Susan are going to be doing it in house, when its done, its done. Thats all I got for now.

Interesting factoid: Susan designed the original BKT logo before she and Ethan we together. Pretty neat.

Looks good.

A thicker black border was a good idea. Gives it more definition.

(Just my 2 cents)

I love it. Very cool. I'm a few more posts away to apply for my Beckerhead citizenship...;) Just another reason to become a Beckerhead.:thumbup:
 
I love the patch as is. Maybe I'm a sucker for simplicity, but I do think a black border would be nice. The year might add too much text to the patch and make it look crowded. Just my opinion coming from someone who desperately needs to reach Beckerhead status!
 
Really digging the look of the patch, and I'm glad to hear that it will be without the tang extension! :p
