Beckerhead 'Spartan' fitness MYB / BSP September

OK... So I said I was gonna be in for September and I am. Just haven't updated. Since the first week of September I've been doing some type of crossfit light once a week for 45 minutes. And two times a week I've been swimming one hour per session. I've been building that swimming routine up. Just gonna list what I've done. I'll just count the crossfit as yoga.

So... Been to the crossfit 4 times for 45min/session. So that's 12 bp.

Swimming: first time 50 laps, next up in chronological order 60, 70, 74, 80, 84, 82. 25 metres per lap. 500 laps total x 25 metres is 12.5 km. In miles, that's 7.8 miles. Times 4 BP that's 31 BP.

31+12= 43 BP. Last Sunday my girlfriend and I took a 7km hike, being a bit over 4 miles, so another 4BP.

Subtotal on September 27th: 47 BP.

I'm getting somewhere :).

myb: 6.5 = 55 - think i pushed it a little too far this morning seeing how far I could go until exhaustion. Pissed out a quart of blood. Time to go to the doctors lol. Read online it happens to runners trying to go further then before. The bouncing causes trauma to the bladder. Just to be on the safe side!
bsp: 23

myb: +4 = 59 - two easy walks with the dog
bsp: 23

Well, It looks like I got a bleed in my right kidney. Slight inflammation and there is evidence of clots and micro calcification (micro stones). Was in the hospital for 10 hours yesterday :thumbdn:. Need to book an appointment with a urologist and get a wiener scope done (not really looking forward to that). Have been told to 'take it easy' for a week minimum. :( Been doing a bit of reading, looks like glomerular disease. My blood pressure recently has skyrocketed for no reason.

Time to get some more tests done!

Good to see you here Gshark!
