tweeners are gonna be soooo sweet.. longtime coming, is now a reality, soon enough..

not sure exactly what you mean by good steel, but the only thing I really want to make them out of is 5160, (my preference)but I'm open for anything.. These have to be forged and I'm really way to busy to start hammering out steel at the moment, come winter time however my work will slow down allowing much more open noodling time..
 
5160 is good steel ..lol Khukri house uses mystery steel nowhere on their site could I find what it was.

I didn't realize these would have to be hammered out, thought you might be able to do them with grinding a blank.

sorry I've been swamped.. haven't had a chance to get anything up but will say this, I'm posting around 10 knives look for *Deal of the Day* as subject title..(just waiting on some tubing) hopefully this weekend they'll be up..

I will have some kits made by next week, I'm hopeful to have time for a breath of fresh air for a change.. not to sound like I'm complaining as I'm very grateful to have every bit of work I can get.. but we gripe when we work to much and gripe when we don't.. :) don't we??

okay, hopefully mid week I 'll have some downtime.. looks like I may have a week off next week also as a contract was pushed back (we'll see)..

I've been thinking, if anyone wants to buy some quilted maple scales with pins let me know I have gobs.. 25yr kiln dried.. also regarding the kits, pm me also.. I may throw something up at the end of the week in the exchange but if I don't just ask..
