Beckers and Hawks

Anyone carry a hawk with their Becker when on the trail, or for over night trips? I just picked up a Wolf Creek Forge hawk, and think it's pretty darn nice. I just finished stitching up a sheath and a haft guard for it, and I think it cam out OK.

yup - Lisa does good work.
I scored one of her "lower cost" wrap and weld hawks last year.
 
I had a good Wolf Creek hawk but traded it for a Camillus 9. Been meaning to replace it but haven't. Hmm.... Does the Easter Bunny deliver hawks?

I guess we'll find out. :D
 
I never felt the need for a hawk if carrying the bk9 or bk2 but maybe I will try carrying my CS Frontier Hawk with a tweener sometime.
 
No pics but I'm going out for a weekend outing next month. I'll be taking the mighty Machax and my new H and B Forge medium camp ax.
 
Damn, that hammer polled one is nice. If you dont mind my asking, what did that run you, and do you have specs ?

Thanks! The cutting edge is 3" and total width is 6" with a 19" handle. I traded with another member for it. It really is a beautiful hawk. I had some spare pieces of leather hanging around so I stitched up the sheaths and guards.
