An axe/hatchet, BK16 and BK24 + leatherman wingman.

Or combo 2 - just the axe and BK2 + leatherman wingman.

BK9-Mora Companion-Leatherman ST300. With that I'm extremely well covered.

Though I'll usually pick more specialized blades depending on what I expect to be doing. Like bringing and axe and large bow saw if I'm camping with a group and need a lot of firewood. Or just bringing a BK14/16/T.M. Hunt Magua if I'm just going for a short hike on a groomed trail.

Fiskars x7 hatchet, Becker bk9/4 and my bk16 for over night/weekend trips.

If I am only going for a short day hike then I take my bk12 and 24

BK9 and BK16....if I know I'll be doing a lot of wood processing then I'll also carry the Silky Gomboy saw.

BK9 soon to be replaced by the 21 however.....

Fiskars X7
Becker Bk16
Opinel #8
Fiskars folding saw.

The whole kit is light weight, didn't cost much and to paraphrase another guy here in BKT forum, you could rebuild civilization with that combo of tools.

I actually can't imagine a woods/bushcraft/camping chore that really couldn't be done with that combination of tools.

Sometimes a Victorinox Swiss Tool is added to the mix as well, at which point i'd sub out the Opinel since a small folding blade would be taken care of as part of the multi-tool.

14 in the front right pocket + 17 in my bagpack/messenger bag
as daily edc + the 7 and a bahco folding saw when there's camping involved

So 14+17+7 would be my combo!

I like coming in heavy... My combo usually goes 9+10+2+4+21+16+15+17+11+14...

Nah, for real I keep a 5 on the side of my pack, a 9 that goes on my hip, and an 11 is always around my neck.

v This v Every time I'm in the woods.
