Naw Murph I don't. I looked it up on a gps a couple of years ago but I've had a couple of beers since then. Come to think of it. I think they where your beers!

I'm sure they were my beers! You can keep them, that's the kind of beer I don't like, used beer.

You got me there. I gotta say I don't even have a comment for that. Sick bastard! Lol!

Good times Murph. Fourteen miles with no flow is a good paddle.

The girls impressed me, they both took turns hauling the 9 year old around. Christina's mom (60) kept up most of the time, falling back only when shallow water presented itself.

Would love to get a couple kayaks. Perhaps when I get back to work.

A toasty 107 here today. In a dramatic demonstration, the local TV weather man baked some cookies in his car and ate one on the air. That's emmy winning stuff right there.

It was well over 100 here too. I was standing waist-deep in a spring-fed river, drinking an iced beer, under a shade tree......and I was STILL hot!

No fish, I dunno, guess they weren't biting. But I found out that the 17 works well for cutting/trimming fishin line lol

I am so glad that we usually don't get that hot here. 80's and 90's is plenty warm for me. I feel for you guys in that heat.

Tried stripping the black oxide off some new nuts and .75" screws for my BK16 mycarta scales. Left in vinegar overnight - nothing. Left in CLR for 3 hrs - nothing.
Left in Drano gel for 2 hrs - nothing. Went to bed. In the morning, they were still dark, but a little rusty. Brushed 'em off and agitated 'em in acetone. Let 'em sit.
Spent the weekend in Redding (CA) - usually one of the hottest spots around. Wasn't even hot enough to get in my sister's pool with my girls. MAYBE hit 80.
Came back after 5 days - fasteners still black, with a little rust, and a little scale. Cut to size and wire-brushed 'em on the Dremel - all shiny in seconds. (Now I know.)
Set in white vinegar 20 minutes, let dry 20 minutes, dabbed on a little mustard, let sit 20 minutes. Cleaned up with acetone. Nice patina to match the blade. Lubed, loctited, put it back together.
Very happy!
I'd take some pics, but they'd probably just look black. Either me or my camera sucks at details - and color rendition.

I don't know what you sissys are cryin about! 108 hear in indiana and I ground knife blades in the shop for 3 hrs!.........but I guess I can tell you that its air conditioned! Hehe. Who am I foolin. I wouldn't of been within 20 feet of the front doors of the shop otherwise. Guess I'm the sissy! Lol!

It got up to a cool 94 here today. 98% humidity to add to the fun.

Hey genius, you don't have to go all the way to the truck to get the temperature, your phone will tell you. Sometimes I feel like you're the apprentice! :D

I should get some air conditioning in my shop. Cept I'm in my garage, and that's just not happening. Still ground out a little wharnie for mrn8. I was dripping by the time I was done.

Yeah, I know that Murph! but that wouldn't of been as dramatic for blade forums now would it? Geez!

Got to shoot my 300 blackout, shoots great. Only had subsonic rounds, and they sure are quiet compared to my 5.56.
