I am a cook at a bar and grille that specializes in out of the ordinary beer, which means I have great access to them.
Knives are another love of mine but financially can't afford most of what appeals to me. Sad but true.

103 IBU is just nutty. Don’t think I have ever had a beer even close to 100. Just a little hoppy?

Just opened my 3rd XCskiing trail on a 3rd frozen lake today. That bastard was a bit longer with a 7 km loop.
