Beer and Blades!

That 1927 Ipa looks promising, I was drinking the tropical torpedo for a while but I got sick of it. The regular is a good drinkable Ipa too. Enjoy

I ended up liking the 1927 better. Not sure if I’m describing it right but the Torpedo was more malty, bready than I expected. Maybe if my palate was more refined I would like it more. I’m sure it’s a well done beer, and I’m a SN fan, this just didn’t suit me as well as the other one did.

Cheers !

I was going to get some Summerfest but they were completely out and I didn't feel like running around town looking for it so I got this. It's not bad at all. Very light and crisp. I really wanted to try the other one though.

This inlay Sebenza is perfectly tuned out of the box. My Night Sky has a stickier detent to break past but this one is strong enough yet still effortless and very smooth opening and closing. I like the thicker inlay handle in hand, too. It's my favorite knife.

Things are all set here for a nice cookout tomorrow. I hope everyone is having a good time this weekend.

ETA: I've never had a Guinness before but I will finally get to try one later on this afternoon. Will post a pic if there's any light out. My expectations are high I hope it's good.

Roslyn’s...Was that the local bar in the show?
I don’t remember much about the premise but there was a super cute actress with short dark hair.

I think it might have been? The show was filmed in Roslyn, WA. They remodeled the whole town for the show and it still looks the same. Cool little town to visit and the brewery is pretty dang good.

Anyone try Ballast Point's Victory at Sea? Beer with vanilla, coffee and caramel, some say it is pretty smooth.

The 90 is to malty for my taste but this was my 4th 6 pack of the two brothers and I am a fan

An interesting collaboration between Grains of Wrath & Chuckanut - A Nelson Sauvin Lager. The Sauvin hops are really interesting. Big, juicy and almost a hint of sourness to them? A really good beer IMO and who can't like a beer with Chuck Norris on the can? All hail Chuck.
