Some of our local restaurants are starting to open up again, so our family went out for barbeque. Apologies about the repeated Rat 1 photos...I can't seem to get this knife out of my pocket since finishing my DIY micarta scales over the weekend.

I get it here in San Diego, it comes in waves a couple times a year. I've learned Focal Banger is better than heady topper - to me of course. good luck! its a great beer.

It's a Karroll Custom EDMW Variant. He makes amazing knives. Most tend to be a little smaller like this one. Blade is just shy of 3" and while it's a pretty thick stock, his grinds are really well done and very slicey. Build quality is also top notch. There was one for sale here in the Customs sections recently. Not sure if it sold or not?

Agreed on the Focal Banger! So good and better than Heady IMO as well.

We’ve done a “blind taste test” between heady topper and focal banger several times.
It’s pretty much a 50/50 split.
They’re both delicious.
