Some of our local restaurants are starting to open up again, so our family went out for barbeque. Apologies about the repeated Rat 1 photos...I can't seem to get this knife out of my pocket since finishing my DIY micarta scales over the weekend.

Grilling Bison burgers tonight but had to crack this open first. Holy crap!

What BBQ joint is that?

1798 in Cottleville. I have not been blown away by their BBQ in the couple of times I tried it, but we were just glad to find someplace that was open for eat-in service. We like Plank Road Pizza a lot and go there often.
