The beer is more of a background player here but that's where Stella shines. It's like a better Budweiser that you can get at Walmart.

Interesting blade and chips.......Details please.....
The knife is the SRM Enso. It's a great little budget front flipper in 14C28N, The ergonomics are good with most of the handle edges rounded. It locks up solidly. The blade is also nice and thin. While things have gotten a little better in recent years, it's still much thinner than average at 2.5mm. Cleanly slicing off the top of the chip bag was a breeze. It is also available in a blackout edition. I've been tempted to get another one to make a Tuxedo version.
The Chips are from Blair's. He's been in the hot sauce game for decades now. He did these chips back in the day only to discontinue them. Thanks to people continuing to bug him about it, he recently brought them back. They offer big heat and big flavor, checking the boxes for salty, crunchy, hot, savory, and a little sweet. Unlike some other "hot chips" on the market, these are natural. Of course, the price refelcts that. They're like $3-something each for these little bags.
Well, you do have good taste in beer and knives!Guinness was my beverage of choice yesterday too. View attachment 3133646
As a lover of extremely hot sauces and food, I've found that a lot of them are hot just for the sake of being hot but the flavor is awful. It's rare to find hot and tasty together. I'll have to check these out!The knife is the SRM Enso. It's a great little budget front flipper in 14C28N, The ergonomics are good with most of the handle edges rounded. It locks up solidly.
