Had fun with the 0%? My mill isn't up to the same standard as you are using, so my 0% took me considerable time.
 
Yeah, I think there is a potential area of improvement here. You see, one of the primary advantages of CNC is it allows additional freedoms. Specifically (if you're not turning the cranks) you need one of these:

The other side will not take as long since all the holes are in it, all the teeth are cut, and the other all the way though parts are done already. The bulk of the work is done. Mill out a few places on the other side and it will be done. Programming that had to take a few days, there are a ton of tool paths in there.

Can't wait to see the final project.
