I don’t believe I have ever photo’d this part of the process.

After glue-up, but before Andy shapes the scales there a couple steps to do.


The morning after glue-up the knives are unclamped & ready “for clean up”.

To me, that means I need to go cut the Bullseye’s flush to the scales. Allen then takes over and finishes the clean up.

Notice Allen is able to place his thumb flush against the scales because the Bullseye was expertly cut
