Hi all who all carrys one and what do you carry in it here is mine.

I carry this every day even at church. As of just recently I have started to carry my new bark river canadian special that my wife got for me for Christmas this year. I normally care a chris reeves knife like one in the pic here are a couple of them.

Yea those dmt sharpeners great.
The bigger fish hooks are for catching bigger fish:D and for attching to a staff
and using it as a gaft hook for fish or game or what ever you can think of there is no limit to what sharpened steel can be used for:D One time my wife dropped her cell phone down a hole in the ground and I just rigged up a hook on a stick and reached doen into that hole and brought up her cell  That hole was about 12 " across and about 5' deep. My wife does things like that on purpose just to irrate me:eek:
She says it is so I can practice using my kit:p
Women
Take care

nice looking kit....

drop me a line if you want to trade anything for that nessmuk double bit..:o

nice kit sicily, I carry large hooks in my psk also...as part of my edc I cary a ver small very powerful magnet, it sound wierd but it saved my bacon a few times....my wife dropped her keys down the space in an elevator saft between the floor and the wall..tied the magnet to a bit of para cord and fished 'em out in about 2 seconds (also handy if I'm attacked by robots)

You can lash a large hook to a stick to use as a gaff too. Kinda overkill for trout tho :)

I'd wouldn't like to go to your church, if you have to carry two big knives.

How come you have to have two threads about this pouch?

Hi all, Valcas1 and mtnfolk mike the Nessmuk is in the exchange and under for sale thread. Let me know what you would like to do.:D

bltjr1951 I carry one fixed blade not two on my belt sorry for the confustion I was comparing the two knives as to what I normally carried whitch happened to be the chris reeves knife until I got the barky. So far I like to carry the barky because I like the orange scales since I work out in the woods :D:D
I and my wife cut trees for our living. As for going to church now after that church shooting I think I might start to carry my 45 now. If more poeple carried there guns with them then the bad guys and the insane would not get to hurt as many people as they have. IF that female guard had NOT been armed the shooter would have killed more church going people that day.
Thank GOD she was armed that day.

Great Idea to add some bigger hooks to your kit you never know That is what is so GREAT about this forum we can come together and learn from each other
and BE BETTER PREPARED for whatever emergency might come our way.

Take care
Bryan

cz75b sure I will post some more pics of the barky and barky's I ordered another one allready. When I get it I will post wom pics.
As for carrying the knife that way and getting to it and putting it away I really never noticed But now that you mention it I will be paying attention now:eek: Some times I carry my 45 just infront of my knife. My wife and I have never been attacked as of yet but some of the places we go to cut trees are remote. We did not see the couger but our Kelly Girl went nuts with howling and started running after a sent we presume it was the couger because we found a track of it. It was pretty fresh the night before we had
a rain and in the morning went to cut trees there and found the track. I have also had a few wild dogs come close but they took off after we yelled at them. Chainsaws make a fair amount of noise to that helps keep most things at bay. I do not always carry my 45 but like I siad there are some times I feel the need to. Situtions vary. Here is a few pics.

Bryan,

I though I went nuts, but I just noticed you had a double post. I couldn't find my reply.......yes, I looked 4x........in this thread.......:D

Anyway, I find I allways a bit hard to draw a knife from behind, and even more to put it back.......I allways end up cutting the sheath or my shirt....

Any good tips to not get my shirt cut (so my wifes stays happy :D )

I posted this link earlier but it didn't take, apparently. This is a little belt pouch I put together recently made using a Bagmaster small pistol pouch holster. I was inspired after reading a couple threads here on personal kits.

Honestly, it would be hard for me to wander off carrying only this but there's enough in it for me to be comfortable for a day or two. I'd rather have one of my two daypacks though!
