Belt Pouches

Does anybody carry a belt kit? Any photos to share? What do you carry in your pouches?

Does anybody know where I can find something like these belt pouches for sale in the states? They have to be muted earth tones and a silent fleece type material.

i have a leather belt pouch that i carry a few things in, mainly on the trail or for around camp.

a sak, paracord, tinder, and lighter are always in there. some other things get thrown in along the way though.

sure do. I carry a "blow Out" pouch, designed for a Israili bandage and a trauma shear and a TQ.

dont know about where to get those fleece ones though.......

Like the way that one looks, Bushman. I was looking at something like that at a military surplus store not too long ago.

I've been into a belt pouch for a while, but I know I just cant find the right thing.

What all are you looking to carry in it?
I know the one im looking for I would like to hold my keys, some batteries, a whistle, firestarter,SAK maybe a small compass, some wire, fishing line, saftey pins.... ect.

Ever thought of making one?

Used to have this,

Then this for a bit.

As you can see, I can't really decide.....ever.

But im in the same boat as you, do you like camera pouches?

I got them off eBay, just search for ALICE individual first aid kit.

Or a local surplus store may have them.

I have been in search of the perfect belt pouch for a while too. I tried the MOLLE military pouches, but found them too noisy and they protruded too far from my belt. I also had a leather one made, which is the best yet. I didn't get the dimensions quite right, but it is the best so far...Not muted or fleece, but I wear this sometimes (especially when I'm leading my scouts). Its sold by the BSA. I guess its more of a waist pack than a belt pouch though...
