Ben Sewad, JS ~ Eclipse

Good grief - a banjo player created something this sensational?!!! ;)

Very, VERY nice work Ben.

this is one very fine knife, and an inspiringly innovative approach.
Nice job.

Wow Ben. You are raising the bar with each new piece I see of yours. Fantastic knife, sheath and image.
Cheers Keith

Thanks, guys! Kevin, my plan is to have a damascus version it BLADE...hope to take the design to another level with some fun new things. I'm should have my shop tooled up for full scale damascus production in about a month. I've been making a little but after the upgrades I should be able to go at it. Hoping to get a lot of practice with damascus this spring since I'm planning on starting the Mastersmith dagger this summer...

These are exciting times around the Seward shop. I'm sure we will be seeing amazing Damascus steel from you.

Wow. Extraordinary handle design. Looks great and the smooth steel surrounded by the beautiful grain of the wood is a wonderful contrast. Man, this design in damascus...

The handle design is so eye catching I needed to take a deep breath and visit with the blade. Love the long clip and the ricasso has beautiful sculpting to it also. Y'all know I love a nice hamon so 'nuff said :D

Great job Ben and thanks for capturing it Caleb!

Thanks, y'all! There are so many possibilities with this style that I think it'll take awhile to fully explore.

That's one seriously awesome piece Ben, you're really stepping up your game lately man...WELL DONE!!!:thumbup::thumbup:

Ben, you really knocked it out of the park this time. One of the nicest knives I've seen in a long time and great thinking out of the box. Very innovative, just like Tads "trigger" sub hilt , what is it with you Arkansas boys? :) I wonder what you will come up with next time.
