Benchmade 300sn "my ultimate edc"

Im considering buying this knife for a shorter EDC but im concerned about the weight/thickness. For those of yall who have one how does it carry in jeans, scrubs, and shorts?

No problems at all carrying in jeans. It isn't really that thick unless you usually carry something tiny like a Leek. I think it's a really nice size for every day, light to medium duty.

I mainly carry a Benchmade 943 or a SOG Visionary 1. Every once in while a Twitch XL

The weight wouldn't bother me, the length of the grip would.

*sigh*

If it were 4" (with a blade to match) I'd be very interested. The steel is fine. Look at the price!

I purchased one over the holiday and I feel it is a real winner - very affordable, axis lock, made in USA, flipper, quality steel. Some people are turned off by the thickness and shorter blade but I love the thickness and 3" blade. Also, I don't find it heavy at all. In addition, I sampled over 5 different examples of this knife at several knife stores and all of them had solid lockup, centered blades, even grinds, and overall great fit and finish. That is not what I typically find with Benchmades. Typically, it takes 3 or 4 different examples for me to find one with no vertical blade play and a centered blade.

Excellent work Benchmade! Nice design Mr. Ball!

So nice! I just got one! Could you imagine if they made the scales in an OD Green G10 and an M390 steel...I would be an even hotte seller than this one!
