I also have this deep-carry clip on my 940 and it works very well.

Ditto. I have put the 810 clip on all my knives except my 51. I haven't figured out what deep carry clip to use on it.

Im awaiting the arrival of my 943 in the mail. Also have a contego which kinda resembles the 940 blade. Ive never been too fond of the serrations on my contego or the blade in practice but man it is a looker.

Held a 530 at a gun show and had to put it down cause I thought it was gonna fall apart in my hands.

Interesting. I held a 530 at Cabela's and though I wouldn't attempt to chop a tree down with it, I didn't find it to feel cheap or flimsy. I think it would do well in light-duty tasks. That being said, the 531, with it's CF scales feels a bit more rugid than the 530.

Im just used to a heavier duty knife. And I dont like the push button auto.

Oops. I guess ive never really seen a 530, but rather a 3550. Sorta similar blades though.
