Benchmade 710

I purchased a 710 about 6 weeks ago and put a silver split arrow BM clip on mine as well, the knife carries extremely well for a larger EDC and has impressed me with every task I have put it through so far, I have had it with me every day and I get more impressed as each goes by.

Super happy with this knife and have had no issues with it
 
Cypress , thank you for your review from last year. I read it with interest as a new 710 d2 owner. I have gone over the knife for the last month and got lucky I guess as I have experienced none of the issues you thoughtfully outlined.
It is ,as you noted , an excellent blade and I am very satisfied with all aspects of the build and operation. It has replaced my Sage 1 as my edc.

Great review. Glad you could find an m390, I would certainly love to take it off your hands. I had a 710 sold it and then bought a new one and sold it again. I know this is a total personal problem but it is just more blade than I need. The 940 is ideal for my uses and the 710 seemingly swallows it. Either way, good review.
