Benchmade 940 Black Handle w/ Purple Backspacer

I have a black handled 940 that I have had in my collection for years. It used to have the 154cm blade but I've since had BM replace it with the newer S30V blade. It also has a PURPLE backspacer where most black handled 940s will have a blue. It is a great user, locks up tight, smooth, and dead centered. The clip on it currently is the deep carry clip, if you don't like that, I could swap it with whatever BM clips I have around. You could always get one from Benchmade.

It has an okay edge, not super sharp. If you want it professionally sharpened, I can get that done at a local knife store here. I also tried to capture the dinks and marks in the pictures.

I'm mainly looking to trade up (I will add cash!!!) or make an even trade.

I don't have any of those knives or really many cool knives to trade, but I am interested in collecting the different 940 variations out there. Let me know if you have any other variations of this knife or maybe if you know of someone who does. Also if you decide on a cash price I might be interested in this one if the price were right. For some reason I'm not able to see the pictures, though.
